If there is a Happy Skin Super Fan, then that would be me! Every time they release new products, I just can’t help but buy them! I am just so keen to have them all. One thing is for sure, I always get my money’s worth with any of their products. I make sure that I choose the right shades for me.
When they released their matte lipstick line, I only bought one, but now, I already have what, more than five of them! Let me tell you more about what I think of them after the jump!
Happy Skin Says:
Say goodbye to parched and dry matte lips! Happy Skin’s Shut Up & Kiss Me Moisturizing Matte Lippie is impressively hydrating while providing an ultra-matte finish. It moisturizes so superbly that it doesn’t magnify dry skin on dehydrated lips. Expect it to glide on with a high impact and intense color. Its long-wearing formula wonderfully stays in place, too! Finally, kissable lips no MATTEr what!

The Morning After (left) & Honeymoon Glow (right)
The shades The Morning After & Honeymoon Glow, I believe are their best-selling shades on the nude side. These two shades are perfect for every day and suits all skin tones!
Packaging is the same as their moisturizing lippies. It is a twist-up tube chubby lipstick. No need for sharpeners, but the tip will become flat after several uses. It has little to no scent at all. It does not taste bad either.
I have these two shades as well in the moisturizing line, and I LOVE them! Below are the swatches on my lips.

Both textures are incredible! If you have dry, chapped  lips, the moisturizing lippie is your best choice. If you do not want that shine, then the matte lippie is a great one. The matte lippie is not bone-dry matte. It is still creamy and it still easily glides on the lips. The lips feel velvety, and the best part is, it has a great staying power. It will definitely fade a little bit when eating or drinking, but you can still spread the product easily with a little help of a lip balm, or just apply more for a touch-up!

I preordered these two lippies from their website for PHP 1,198.00 but you can buy each one for PHP 649.00. You may buy Happy Skin Cosmetics from Beauty Bar, Plains ‘N Prints stores, selected SM Dept. Stores, and Happy Skin website.
