EOTD: Super Easy All Matte Eyeshadows Look!

Happy Friday!

Today’s post is an (EOTD) Eye of the Day with eyeshadows that are all matte. I used my Sleek Makeup i-Divine Ultra Mattes V2 Darks Palette for this look. I will make a review of the palette in a separate post to show all the beautiful matte colors. Just to give you an idea, it is a must-have! I bought mine from Luxola.com for Php 771.50 (22 SGD). I always take advantage of discounts so I got it lower than the full price.

I always start with an eyeshadow base. I probably used my MAC Paintpot in Soft Ochre for that. Next, I applied a cream-colored eyeshadow all over the eyelids up to the brow bone to make it easier to blend all the other shades.

I used Flesh over the crease area, and blended it well. Then, I added Dune all over my eyelids. To deepen up the outer V (outer eye area), I applied Maple. For highlight, I used Pillow Talk (white eyeshadow). SUPER EASY!!! The eyeliner that I am using here is Majolica Majorca Perfect Automatic Liner in GD 802. I added a brown eyeliner on my waterline and mascara. Forgive me, but I forgot which eyeliner and mascara I used. Hehe

I really fell in love with this look! I am looking forward to share more makeup looks using this palette, so stay tuned! Let me know if you want me to create any specific looks! I am thinking of having a series of looks, maybe celebrity-inspired, or by color family.

I like doing all mattes when I don’t feel like “dressing up” my eyes too much. I pick colors super close to my skintone. Looove this look, so wearable 😀

what are those blue things in the picture juvy? they just gave me a sudden craving for jello shot haha. anyway hello pretty cheekbones! matte shades are kind of my default and safe choice of eyemakeup atm since i like to wear bold lipsticks a lot 🙂

I guess “those blue things” are used to design a flower aquarium. I got it from the dept. store flower section. They are inside a “net” packaging. about 10pcs. ata per bag. hihi 🙂

I really love this look! I am planning to buy the Ultra Mattes V2 but I’m worried that with all the dark colors, I won’t be able to wear them during daytime. But this look proved me wrong! 🙂
