Game Changers: Revlon Colorburst Matte Balms (Part 2)

Game Changers: Revlon Colorburst Matte Balms (Part 2)

Photo 3-26-14, 11 30 26 AMSlacker. Yep!ย I have been slacking off the whole week, and I hate that I am late with my posts. I was not able to schedule posts, so I was cramming to type up posts for the week. I normally post about three times a week, and I have a lot of ideas, but no drive to move at all. It’s been a very lazy week. Hopefully by next week, I will be able to catch up! Anyway,ย I hope you are still alive, and kicking! It’s throwback Thursday, anyway. I love that the weekend is near because that’s the only time that I am able to get long hours of sleep. Moving on…

Revlon Standout and Sultry
Today, I will be sharing my thoughts about these two shades of theย Revlon Colorburst Matte Balms. I reviewed the first three shades here, and I was not that happy, until I got Sultry and Standout! I actually bought 9 out of 10 shades. I stopped buying because I did not like the last shade, Audacious, anyway. ๐Ÿ˜€ I will be sharing the other shades that I got on another post. I just want to highlight these two shades first, because if you ask me, these are the shades that are worth the price.
Matte Balm SwatchesWhy I Love Them:

  • They are very pigmented with one layer.
  • They apply evenly on my lips
  • They do not emphasize the lip lines that much.
  • They do not cling on the dry, flaky parts of my lips.
  • Stay longer and leave a slight staining effect.

Standout and SultryI only applied one layer on my pictures. My lips are naturally full of lines, so the picture may not give justice to the products, but I swear, these two shades are amazing! Sultry is more wearable than Standout, but Standout is a deeper red, so anyone can still pull it off for daytime. My sister, Dre, also bought Sultry, and she is hooked!

So those are all my thoughts about these matte balms.

Did you get any? What are your thoughts?

I think red will suit you too, basta neutral shadows lang. Hehe.
