Ever since I got my Urban Decay Naked and Naked 2 palettes, I fell in love and never looked back. Urban Decay makes the best and creamiest eye shadows that I have used so far. The naked palettes are perfect for everyday, and even for special occasions like weddings!
The Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette is one palette that I thought I will never buy. I am so weak, and so, I gave in to the temptation. Sorry, not sorry! I am so glad that I bought it because all shades are creamy, pigmented, blendable, and perfect for everyday use! It is even travel-friendly! Let’s get to know this palette more…

The palette looks boring, but I can’t stop thinking about how many looks I can come up with all these shades! I have not played around it much yet, but I am already looking for inspirations from the web on how I can put this palette to good use. Let us have a closer look…
Venus is perfect for highlighting with just the right amount of shimmer.
Foxy and W.O.S. are great bases.
Naked2 and Faint are perfect to deepen the crease, and Crave is perfect for the smokey eye effect!
Here are my swatches taken under natural lighting…
All these shades are creamy and pigmented but for my medium skin, I will have to use a good primer for the shades to stand out.
I am surely going to create some looks using this palette. I am so excited to play around with it more. Be sure to check out my blog for more updates!
Have a great weekend!
