This is my third “NOTD or Nail of the Day” post. The first one was using the China Glaze Crackle Polish and second was my Year of the Snake inspired nails using Love and Beauty by Forever 21 nail polish.
I was obsessed in growing my nails and applying nail polish on them before, unfortunately, my work needs me to always type on a keyboard and I find it difficult if my nails are so long.
The Zoya Matte Velvet Lacquer in Posh was one that I will never regret buying! It is a very lovely matte color that is perfect for this season! I know our friends from other countries are now in the Fall season, and this was when it was released.
This nail polish is Formaldehyde, Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate and Camphor Free! I do not want to be so technical, but I guess those are not so friendly ingredients used on most nail polishes. You can read the rest of the ingredients on the image on top. 🙂
Let us now see how it looks when applied on my nails. I applied two coats on my pictures below, but one coat is really enough because it is very opaque! I would suggest using a base coat just to prolong the wear, because it may chip off easily especially if you like washing dishes. LOL!
It is very, very gorgeous! It is matte, but it has some shimmery effect in it. It is a deep red color, that makes hands look brighter!
