I’M BACK! | Unboxing June BDJ Box
I am back from being in hiatus for weeks! If you didn’t know yet, I just got MARRIED! Yay! I have been in a relationship for three years with Fritz before he popped the question last year, July 3. We celebrated our wedding on June 15, 2013, so I had been very busy since then.
Here’s a picture of us inside the Church.
Anyway, I am back! I am happy to be back. I miss my blog, and makeup, and I have been worried that my blog had been forgotten. (DRAMA!!!) Teehee!
I just want to quickly share what I got inside my June BDJ Box. I have read some blogs and they say this box is quite disappointing since most of the products are repeats from other months. I subscribed late, so I didn’t have the repeat products yet, but if I compare this to May’s box, uhmm, I am a bit disappointed, too. Anyway, let me share the pictures with you below.
See the difference with May box? The box is dominated by the Loreal Hair products, and there are the two cosmetic products, and two face products.
I have already tried using these two, and I am unsure if they work, but I am hoping, because I am losing a lot of hair every time I comb. Looks like my hair got so dry because of the many treatments I have had in the past. I am actually thinking of getting a Dry Shampoo, so that I do not have to wash my hair everyday to bring it back to life.
I am excited to try this product. I will let you know if it works!
Below are information I got from Stiefel website:
Indication: For care of very dry, sensitive skin
Features: Non-comedogenic and contains no colourants, no perfume and no preservatives
I checked on how much the full-sizes are, and they are so expensive! But maybe it really gives very good skin benefits to it. I haven’t used them yet. I am gonna save it for travel.
From Revlon: Get multiple on-trend looks with one dual ended pencil. The dark end’s rich color gives you an intense, bold look. The light end brightens and opens up the eyes. Use both ends together for an on-trend, smoldering look.
I am always excited to have new makeup products, and I am so excited to try this out. BUT, got so DISAPPOINTED so much. 🙁 The pencil is so HARD, eventhough it looks to be very pigmented. I tried to put it on my eyelid, and the brightener on the waterline.
Here’s a swatch and when I applied it on.
It can really look good , but the pencil is just so hard, and see what happened… it BROKE! 🙁
SIGH. The next thing I thought was to put it inside the trash can. (But I did not!) 😛 I am gonna keep it, and will see if I am able to use it in the future.
Last product, but the best is the Avon Vitaluscious lipstick in O400 Reviving Red.
I love lipstick, period. 😀 I love to have different colors, and I like red. It is my favorite color. 🙂 This is the lipstick I am wearing on my picture above.
So there you go…
Hope you like this post, and see you on my next one!
Stay Gorgeous! 🙂
