SOON+ 5.5 Balancing Water (Toner) Review!

Just recently, I reviewed the BONAJOUR Eggplant Daily BHA Toner. It has been part of my skin care routine as it helps keep my skin clean, toned and moisturized. Today, I am excited to share another skin care for you. The product is called SOON+ 5.5 Balancing Water.

The SOON+ 5.5 Balancing Water is a weak acidic toner that offers moisturizing effect for severely dry skin. It has ceramide which is about 40% of the composition stratum corneum which builds and maintains the skin barrier.

It has TRIPLE CARE: Moisturizing + Soothing + Skin Barrier Care: With the added probiotics water, allantoin, and red berry peptide, this mild formula helps moisturize and soothe the skin while strengthening the skin barrier to restore a healthy pH level to the skin.

Skin Type: Can be for all types of skin

Texture

This toner has a milky texture with a lightweight finish and nourishing benefits.

How To Use

– Take an adequate amount on your palm then gently apply to your face. Tap with your fingers, slowly and lightly, to help skin absorb the product.

– For more sensitive skin, soak cotton pads with the toner to be used as a toner pack.

Scent

This toner is fragrance-free!

My Thoughts

I have used this toner many times and the first thing that I noticed is that it is very mild and moisturizing! My skin feels plump and glowy after use (see picture above!). It really delivers its claims to soothe and moisturize the skin. I really love the formula and also that it is fragrance-free. I did not experience any irritations or pimples popping out while using this product. I enjoy using the product both with a cotton pad or just using my palm to apply the product.

Do I recommend it? Yes. This toner lives up to my expectations and I love that it delivers as promised. The price is quite expensive but skin care is not cheap! This toner actually costs the same as my favorite toners from other Korean brands. I would spend more on skincare than makeup because skin care is definitely more important and it is our canvas!
