SEPHORA COLLECTION Shea Hydrating Lip Mask Review!

Masks became a staple in everyone’s skincare routine since Korean skincare became very popular in the world. There are different masks for every part of the body so no wonder that there’s a mask for the lips too! I was able to buy the Sephora Lip Mask on one of my recent online purchases and I thought why not share with you my opinions about it!

What it is:
A next-generation bio-cellulose lip mask that perfectly hugs the contours of your lips, featuring a formula with shea butter to hydrate and smooth.

Solutions for:
– Dryness

This effective treatment targets key lip concerns for softer, suppler lips. It hydrates, soothes dryness, and instantly smooths and visibly contours the lips. The single-use mask comes in a travel size, so you can keep your pout nourished while on the go.

Research results:
In a consumer test on 21 volunteers, after 28 days of use:
– 100% of women said the mask instantly hydrated their lips
– 86% of women said the mask smoothed their lip contours
– 86% of women said their lips were revitalized

Rose Lip Mask: Moisturizes and softens for more kissable lips.

Shea Lip Mask: Protects and soothes to support lips that have been chapped or over dried.

Protective front and back mesh (above) must be removed to reveal the lip mask!!!

Suggested Usage:

-Unfold the mask and remove the clear protective backing from one side of the mask.
-Apply the mask to lips then remove the second protective backing. Reposition the mask if needed.
-Leave on for 15 minutes, remove the mask and lightly massage any remaining formula into lips and lip contours.
-No need to rinse.
-For best results, use twice a week.

I love that there’s plenty of essence inside the pack which you can spread over the lip mask or apply to your skin. There’s no scent nor taste so it was very pleasant to use. It stuck to my lips the whole time. Just remember to peel off both sides to reveal the jelly-like lip mask.

I see an instant result! My lips became hydrated, soft and plumper! I would not rely on this alone but would suggest to follow up with a lip balm or lip gloss for longer-lasting moisturized lips. For its price, the Sephora Lip Mask is something that you can consider buying for lip care. It’s not a must-have for me but I can see myself buying it in the future.
