KLAIRS Supple Preparation Facial & Unscented Toners Review!

Skin Care reviews are not often shared on my blog. The reason is that it’s harder to recommend skincare because we have different needs for our skin and it might cause a drastic reaction to our bodies. My skin condition changed a lot since then. Unfortunately, my skin occasionally becomes sensitive and I have skin asthma. I never cared too much about skincare before but now, I am quite obsessed. My common routine is to use cleansing oil or balm, facial wash, toner, essence, serum, moisturizer, eye cream, blemish cream and lip care like lip mask or lip balm. For lazy days, I skip essence, serum and blemish creams. No wonder that it takes a while for me to go to bed every day because I try to do my full skincare routine!

Today, let me share my current favorite toner! Spoiler alert: I love it!

How to use

My Thoughts

These toners are awesome! Other toners usually leave my skin dry and stripped but Klairs makes my skin moisturized after each use. Before photo above was shot after I cleansed my face. You’ll see that it looks dull and dry but, after layering my face with the Klairs toner, it looked visibly plumper and moisturized! I just pour some toner on my palm and gently massage it on my face for about three or more times. The more layers I put, the more moisturized and plump my face becomes.

I have used up one bottle of the first version, the facial toner one, and I have no issues with the scent because it is not overpowering. It actually has a very mild scent. It did not cause any negative reactions or irritations to my skin.

I am currently on my second bottle, the unscented toner, and while I like that it is best for my sensitive skin, I kind of miss the scent of the first version. The unscented toner is without the essential oils and not completely scentless but, it performs the same way as the first version. I guess you should try both and just pick which type you will like more. If you are allergic to essential oils (Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil) then pick the unscented version.

These toners can also cleanse the face. Sometimes, I still have some makeup left after I cleanse so I use them to remove those. It can remove even my waterproof mascara residue.

Worth the Money?

YES!!! I would repurchase this toner again and again. I will still try other toners in the future but Klairs will always be the standard. I hope you can try this toner and let me know what you think!
