Shopping My Stash: Wet N’ Wild Megalast Matte Lipstick in Cinnamon Spice!

Recently, I’m hooked on watching a YouTube vlogger named Lauren May Beauty. Her channel focuses more on how to use up her makeup. She shares how to shop your own stash and how she challenges herself to hit the pan. I admit that I have collected a lot of makeup and I feel guilty and even anxious when I look at my room full of used and unused makeup! Such a waste of money, honestly, and it seems to really be an addiction already. I need to shop my stash, sell or give away all the other makeup that I do not often use.

I have hundreds of lip products that are piling up. If only they can talk and yell at me for not using them as often. I made a challenge for myself that I will try to use all my makeup from now on and give away those that I really don’t use anymore. I will wear my old makeup every day to see if I really want to keep them.

I am starting with this Wet N’ Wild Megalast Matte Lipstick in Cinnamon Spice. I actually love the formula of all the shades that I have but I haven’t worn them for I don’t even know how long.

Kissproof lipsticks are all the rage now but I don’t mind if this lipstick is not. This lipstick makes my lips moisturized and soft all throughout the day plus it is very pigmented and long-wearing. It leaves a mark on my coffee cup but it does not really transfer entirely. It fades gracefully and I can reapply over and over without my lips feeling heavy nor cakey.

I am excited to wear all my other makeup from my collection again, and I do hope that it motivates me to update my blog as often again. I don’t promise to stop buying new makeup but I will try to shop my stash as often so that nothing gets wasted.
