Ofra Cosmetics Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in MANILA Review & Swatches!

I love Ofra Cosmetics liquid lipsticks! I have several shades in my collection, and when I learned that they have a new shade called Manila, my low EQ can’t resist it so I bought it when I spotted it on a trip at Watsons!

Manila is a rosy nude and a first for the OFRA liquid lipstick range. It costs 850 PHP for 6 grams, and I bought it from Watsons, SM North department store. You can also buy at Glamourbox.ph & BeautyMNL.

OFRA Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick is a one step full lip color that does not feather. These vibrant colors will give you a vivacious new look. They are creamy and soft, moisturizing the lips and creating a long-lasting lipstick effect. No need to use lipliner, this liquid lipstick gives a beautiful edge to your lip look!

Our formula is a matte color formula but if you want to add some shine to your liquid lipstick try our revolutionary Lipgloss Stick. All shades contain antioxidants and Vitamin E while the formula provides a lightweight layer of lasting color to make you look stunning all day. Color will last in a perfect condition up to five hours without eating or drinking. For best results do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after applying.

Please note that this is not a lip stain and does not dry completely but remains on your lips for hours!

Packaging

It’s the same lightweight, plastic tube with a doe-foot applicator. One problem I have is that it gets a lot of product on my applicator so it now looks messy. I am not sure if I only got a dud.

Scent

It has a sweet vanilla scent. The scent goes away after I applied it on my lips.

Texture

It has a mousse consistency. It applies smoothly and takes some time to set. What I love about Ofra liquid lipsticks is that it does not make my lips look cracked and dry. It keeps my lips smooth and I can talk, eat, and smile without worrying that it will crack or crumble.

Shade
At first, I thought that it will be too light for me but, I noticed that when it sets, it gets rosier. Medium skin tones can pull this off but for darker skin tones, I suggest a lip liner! The shade looks different for everybody so I suggest that you swatch it first before buying!
Longevity
Wear time is impressive. It is waterproof, transfer-proof and kiss-proof once set but will break down when I eat oily food. I can easily retouch without having to remove everything. It can be built up without issues.
Overall, I recommend this lipstick especially if you love nude shades. It is perfect for everyday wear and the wear time is good.
