Detail MakeOver | MakeBrow Eyebrow Palette Review & Swatches!

Hi, everyone! Happy weekend! I know that I just did a review about an eyebrow product last time, so I guess, let’s continue with another eyebrow product today! I am always happy to try new brands and products, so when I learned that Detail MakeOver is on BeautyMNL, I readily checked all the products that are available, and of course, bought more makeup that I do not really need. But, I want to share them with you, guys, so I guess my haul was justified. lols.

I got the MakeBrow Eyebrow Palettes in #1 and #2. I want to try both shades to know which one suits me the most. It will also complete my review because I can show both of them to you!

What is MakeBrow Eyebrow Palette?

An eyebrow palette that creates perfectly groomed brows. It features highly pigmented brow powders that build up to different intensities; brow definition ranges from natural to strong; pigments can also double as matte neutral eyeshadows.

MakeBrow Eyebrow Palette in #1 is the light version of the two palettes. I was kind of surprised about the first pan because it looks off and orange, but when I applied it on the inner part of my brows, it does not look bad. Good thing that I can customize the shade that I want to apply on my eyebrows depending on how intense I want them to look. I think this palette suits those with fair to light skin tones the most.

MakeBrow Eyebrow Palette in #2 is the perfect shade for medium to dark skin tones. I used the first pan on the inner part of my eyebrows and then the darker pan on the rest. The powders are really pigmented so it is best to start with fewer products and slowly build it up. The powders are fine and not patchy when I swatched them on my arm. I also did not notice any scent.

Longevity of the powders is surprisingly incredible! For 245 pesos, I expected that the powders won’t last on my oily skin but, I was wrong!

I wore the product at 10pm when I went to work. The picture above was taken at about past 12pm the next day. It only faded a bit on the upper part but still, it held up overall! It even stayed on the tail part where I do not really have any hairs.

Do I recommend it? Heck yeah! For the price, this is surely a good buy! It can even double as an eyeshadow. I haven’t tried it but I am pretty sure it will be awesome too.
