MORPHE BRUSHES 6 PIECE DELUXE CONTOUR SET (SET 690) Photos and Quick Reviews!
Today’s post excites me so much because it is about my newest brushes from one of the hottest brands in the world called Morphe Brushes! Morphe Brushes store is located in Burbank, CA in the United States. However, you can purchase their products online 24 hours a day at morphebrushes.com. There are a lot of local Instagram sellers who carry these brushes, but I got them from makeupinboxph.com for P1,005.00 as a pre-order. It takes about a month for the order to be delivered, so patience is the key! You may also buy some of their brushes at BeautyMNL.com.

Let’s now look at all the brushes and how to use them!
Round Buffer Brush – Can be used to highlight, sculpt and contour the complexion.
Place the brush with darker paint at the centre of the ear, guide towards the tip of the nose and stop shortly before the corner of the eye. Lightly whisk the colour remaining on the brush under the chin and on the hairline.
Brushes are multi-purpose. This brush will also work best in buffing foundation. Since this brush has synthetic bristles, then it will work both on powder and liquid makeup!
Pointed Contour Buffer Brush – Can detail the complexion perfectly.
Apply a small amount of powder onto the bristles. Buff onto the skin and blend as desired.
This brush will work in applying a sharp contour. You can get a small amount of cream or contour powder on the tip, then starting near the ear, blend the product down to the cheek, but stop right at the edge of your eye. This will also work in applying concealer and powder under the eye!
Angled Buffer Brush – Beautifully blends the makeup into the complexion effortlessly.
Place the brush with darker paint at the centre of the ear, guide towards the tip of the nose and stop shortly before the corner of the eye. Lightly whisk the colour remaining on the brush under the chin and on the hairline.
I think this is the best brush for contour because it is angled. Most beauty lovers use this kind of brush to buff foundation as well. Dense brushes usually work best in buffing products on the face.
Mini Angled Buffer Brush – For a more detailed blending of the makeup.
This brush works best in applying a nose contour. It also helps in applying concealer under the eye and around the nose area. I also love using this kind of brush in applying cream eyeshadows. It helps buff and blend the products well.
Mini Round Buffer Brush – Gently highlights, sculpts and contours the face with a detailed definition.
For a sharper cheek contour, you can use this brush to place the cream contour first, and then blend the product using a big buffing brush. I also love using this for applying concealer under the eyes and blending around my blemishes.
Mini Pointed Contour Buffer Brush – helps apply makeup on the hard to reach areas of the face for a more precise application.
This is the best brush for applying a nose contour and blending concealer on the corners of the eyes. The sharp cut makes it easier to place the products precisely where you want them.
Overall, I am happy that I am able to buy Morphe brushes. I am pretty sure that it is not the going to be the last because I love buying great quality brushes that will last for years! It is a great investment especially if you want your makeup to look best. The brushes are all made with soft bristles, and the ferrule and handles are well-made. There are a lot of similar types of brushes from other brands that are cheaper, but if you want to be sure of the quality, then you must try Morphe brushes!
Hope this quick feature helped! There are a lot of exciting posts coming so hope to see you again!

This blog post is really perfect for my new brush set as well. I don’t know where will I use it haha. I just bought it from shopee for only 380 😂 I almost see the difference between your brush set and my brush set haha. Mine looks cheap. XD

I don’t have a decent makeup brush yet. I know that a good brush set is essential in achieving a seamless makeup but i’m a (very) late bloomer and merely thinking about brushes gives me headache. I don’t know where on Earth, i mean where in my face will i use each specific brush. This post is enlightening me. I’ll refer to this post once i get a brush set of my own. I can’t afford those really expensive brands. I’ll consider this brand for my first set.

I agree on your point that a brush with a great quality that can last for a long time or forever I guess is an investment:D Morphe brushes, I guess is worth it although I haven’t tried it yet. The angled buffer brush looks really perfect for contouring. Your review really help us to be more knowledgeable of what to buy:D It can save us a lot. Thanks for the review!❤
