BDJ Box for January- February 2015 Unboxing: Kawaii Must-haves!

It is indeed a happy new year to all bellas because BDJ Box merged two months boxes into one, and the theme is Kawaii Must-haves!

ka·waii is an adjective in Japanese meaning ” pretty; cute; lovely; charming; dear; darling; pet” It’s stem is two kanji meaning “can love”. It is commonly used by anime and manga fans. (SOURCE)

 This box is indeed worth it because it includes full-sized items, and they are items that I can see myself using. Let us now take a look of what are inside!

Bifesta Cleansing Lotion Bright Up, 300 ml, Php 419

The Bifesta Cleansing Lotion is a water-based makeup remover that is powerful yet gentle on the skin.

This is the product that I am most excited about because I am almost done with my Age Care bottle, and this one is what I want to try next. I have purchased this same variant already though, so this one’s going to be a backup. Hopefully, I will love this variant as much as the Age Care one.

Lucido-L Styling Milk Curl, 70 ml, Php 295

The Lucido-L Styling Milk Curl is a leave on treatment for hair conditioning and styling with high penetrating Hyaluronic Acid that traps and seals-in moisture.

I have tried the pink bottle of Lucido-L which is more for straightening, and I can’t remember if I liked it. This bottle is probably similar to the pink one so I am also curious to try it.

Lucido-L Treatment Oil Perm, 50 ml, Php 295

 The Lucido-L Treatment Oil Perm is a leave on treatment that is suitable for dry and frizzy hair.

My hair is not so dry but needs a little taming so I am excited to try this leave on treatment. I know for a fact that I can’t cure dry and damaged hair unless I cut my hair super short, so this bottle will be a good product to tame the frizz!

Pixy Eyeshadow, 2.8 g, Php 315

It’s micro-pearl formula creates a soft texture that makes it easy to apply and blend on the lids.

Pixy Blush On, 3.5 g, Php 345

This pretty blush will make you pull off a natural, cute flush on your cheeks, giving you a sweet and innocent glow whenever you smile. It also comes with a brush and a built-in mirror for easy touch-ups!

I got the blush from the exclusive Pixy box months ago, but since I have a lot of other blushes, I think I gave it away. The eyeshadow shades that I got are pretty wearable but I will be saving them for future use, or as gifts.

Pixy Two-Way Cake Fit, 12.2 g, Php 275

This powder formula blends perfectly for a smooth and long-lasting base. Use it wet for more coverage, and dry for a natural look. It contains two-way whitening squalene oil to prevent dry skin, and SPF15 to protect the skin from sun damage.

Pixy Coverlast, 10g, Php 325

This long-lasting foundation has Microsphere powders that covers blemishes for a smooth, even, and natural look. It also controls oil and shine to keep you looking fresh throughout the day.

I am really itching to use my Pixy powders because I read a lot of good reviews about them. I will have to save these two for future use until I used up all my powders. Initial thoughts, they are finely milled and smells good too, if I recall correctly.

Sunkiller Perfect Strong A, 30 ml, Php 495

This silky-smooth ultra-light sunblock is highly resistant to sweat and water, making it perfect for all kinds of outdoor situations. It contains menthol blend which gives you a cooling sensation when you apply it on your skin, perfect for hot and humid days. It dries to a matte finish so your skin won’t look oily as the hours go by.

This sunblock is amazing. I already got this from the Heroine Make exclusive box from last year, and I have used it several times. I actually like this as a sunblock and PRIMER. Yes, it makes my skin smooth, and oil-free for a long time. I definitely recommend this sunblock. SPF50+ is always awesome!

This box is overall a great value, but I hope that they won’t be repeating items that were already in previous boxes. It’s always a thrill to try new items out there, right?
