Beauty Dare: 20 Days of Lipstick (Fourth Week!)
Wow, time flies really fast! Had it been four weeks already? I am coming to the end of my beauty dare, and I am still pretty much hooked on it. Also, it is already JULY 1!
For this week, I only have four pictures to show you because this memory of mine failed and I repeated one lipstick shade on the third day of the week! Crap! So let us now stop my blabbering, and move on.
Day 13 – I decided to wear a nude shade again, and it is the NYX Butter Lipstick in Pops. This is one of my favorite everyday shades because it glides on very smoothly and it smells really good, like candy! The only negative I can think of about it is that it really melts easily like a butter! Better keep it in the fridge. Haha!
Day 14 – I am so in love with this lipstick. It is the classic favorite, Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Cherries in the Snow! I can’t even describe how amazing this lipstick is. The formula is perfect, and it really stays very long on my lips. I highly recommend this lipstick because it it definitely gorgeous!
Day 15 – If my memory serves me right, this lipstick is the Max Factor Lasting Colour Lipstick in Rosewood. It is again, a great everyday shade. It is kind of nude-y coral shade. This glides on easily on my lips, and stays fairly long. It doesn’t provide moisture that much, and it applies thin. I got this for free with a minimum amount purchase from Max Factor some months ago.
Day 16 – One of my favorite lipsticks is definitely RiRi Hearts MAC Holiday Collection 2013 Lipstick in RiRi Woo. I feel a million times gorgeous when I wear this lipstick! It is really a very pretty shade that has the right amount of brightness to it. I can’t praise it high enough! 🙂
Are you still keeping up? Here are the past links to this series: First Week, Second Week, and Third Week. Four more lipsticks to go, and I am done. Done blogging about them, but I will definitely keep the habit. I really enjoyed rediscovering all my lipsticks.
Do you have any suggestions for the next challenge? 🙂

I enjoyed reading about your lipstick challenge, wish I can do that, but I’m so used to wearing just one or two lipsticks for about 2 weeks straight, sometimes even a month of using the same the lipstick. LOL
Juvy
Thanks Hollie!
Elaine

I really love this series! You look really good with these lipsticks. Cherries in the Snow is gorgeous. Oh btw, your lashes are so good in these pics! What mascara did you use?
Juvy
Thank you, Pat! The mascara I am wearing is the Benefit They’re Real!
Shari
GURL… red is your color!! I love Cherries in the Snow and Riri Woo on you! Ganda mo lang, Juvy! Your eye makeup is always on point, too!
Juvy
Thank you, Shari!!! I am trying to practice everyday to better my blending skills. Hihi. If only I can wear my reds everyday!

This week you went nude pink / red / nude pink / red. I think I have the same kind of collection. Super inggit for people like Rae who have one from each shade family. Actually yun peg ko before I attempt this ^_^
Juvy
Haha! The pictures didn’t do them justice maybe? 😀 The Cherries in the Snow is a fuchsia, while the Max Factor is kinda coral. I actually have a lot of the same color range. Still scared in wearing the boldest and brightest colors. Sayang din if I won’t wear them often. 🙂

Loving the RiRi Woo and Rosewood!!! But yeah, I agree that red is your color! 😀
Juvy
Thanks, Dawn! I feel like using my red shades more now! Lol! 🙂

I like the NYX butter lipstick, great lippy for everyday nga! It suits well your complexion and made you look glowing, not washed out. 😀
Juvy
I just don’t like that it melts easily. Hindi pwede iwan kahit sa sala lang dahil natutunaw agad. I don’t intend to buy more because of that.
