Unboxing my November 2013 BDJ Box
This is a late upload, I know, I know…
It is always a joy whenever I receive my BDJ Box. My November box was delivered at my in-laws’ house in Caloocan, and during that time, I was with my parents in Cainta because my husband went to the U.S. I have to hold off my excitement because I am too lazy to go there for my box, though I attempted so many times. Hihi.
November’s theme is “Blushing Beauty”, and that means taking care of the skin, and enhancing our beauty through makeup. There are four skin care products, two cosmetics, and one fragrance inside this box. Want to know more? Let’s jump!
The first item and my most favorite is “The Cream Factory Bath Cream”. The scent I got is Goat’s Milk and Cinnamon. This bath cream smells soooooo good, it lathers well, and leaves my skin so smooth after bathing. It comes in different scents, and the packaging looks like the classic milk bottles. I highly recommend this product to everyone!
I was ecstatic when I found out that the box includes ZA Perfect Solution Cleansing Foam. I am addicted to anything skin care now, and I am hearing a lot of good feedback from ZA. I also grabbed the toner and moisturizers from Sample Room, so I have the complete line to try! Woot!
The Saforelle Gentle Cleansing Care is no longer new to me because it also came with my Glamourbox Beauty S.O.S. box last September, and guess what? I already used up my first bottle. It is very mild, and there is a slight scent to it. I did not have any irritations and it did not dry up my skin. This product is used for body and intimate hygiene.
It was my first time to try a product from Yves Rocher, and this Naturelle Eau de Toilette fragrance was a great start! It smells light and fresh, and it is made of 90% natural ingredients. It came in a sample size bottle that is perfect for travel.
I am most excited to try the Oil of Argan, 100% Moroccan Argan Oil. The argan oil boasts of numerous vitamins, making it useful for both the skin and hair. (SOURCE) I would definitely try this out after I used up all my current skin care items. I have accumulated a lot (no surprise!) so I need to wait until they are all gone. Hehe.
For makeup items, I love that they included Canmake Powder Cheeks Blush, and the Revlon Colorburst Lip Gloss in Bordeaux. Canmake recently opened their stores here in Manila, Philippines so I am still new to their products. The Powder Cheeks Blush gives a natural glow on my cheeks. It contains shimmers but not chunky glitters, and it is very portable to bring inside my makeup kit. I love the Revlon Colorburst Lip Gloss in Bordeaux because the shade is perfect for the holiday season! I love dark colored lip products, and I reach for them more than my natural, nude, or lighter shades lipsticks.
Overall, I am very pleased with this box (as always!) because all of the items are useful and beneficial to my skin and to enhance my look. I have received my December Box already as I am writing this post, and it is equally a very good box!
Subscription to BDJ Box is Php 580/month, but the worth of each box is way more than what I actually pay for. If you are adventurous and want to be up to date with the latest skin care, and makeup items, subscribe now, and be happy like me! 😀
Stay tuned for more!
