Product Empties #1

eMPTIES
It’s a new month once again! Hope you had a great weekend, my dear readers! Mine went ok. Last Saturday, hubby and I went to shop for home stuff. I just moved in with him after we got married so I have to get my own cabinet, and also, we bought new pitchers, rags for cleaning, broom, trash cans, condiment storage, and a lot more. I feel old. Haha! I can’t believe I am already doing these things that my mom usually do. LOL!
Anyway… Let me share my very first post about product empties. I know that this is more popular on YouTube, but since I don’t have the courage to do my videos yet, let me just write it down for you.
There are four items for now. There should be five but I left the bottle at my old home. So here they are:
I have used up two hair products:

Clear Women Herbal Fusion Anti-Dandruff Shampoo is currently doing the job of keeping my scalp itch-free. I have colored hair, and I think my scalp is so dry. I use this shampoo when I feel that my scalp itches so much. I don’t use it everyday, but it really does work for me. I have learned that we should switch shampoos from time to time so that our hair/scalp won’t get used to the formula, and will continue to work its wonders.

I am a big fan of L’Oreal products. I am also constantly finding products that will protect my hair, or restore it from breakage. My first L’Oreal Shampoo and Conditioner, that I love, is the L’Oreal Elseve Shampoo and Conditioner. It helped my rebonded hair before to be so smooth and frizz-free.
Since then, I have grown my hair back to its natural wavy look. My hair became so dry and damaged, so I have to get regular trims, and use products that will restore it. I bought this L’Oreal Re-nutrition Dry Hair Nourishing Conditioner. It has Royal Jelly, that naturally revives hair. My hair didn’t dramatically came back to its original state, but this surely helped revive it. One thing I don’t like is that it makes my hair sticky. (Maybe because Royal Jelly came from Honey Bees, and Honey is sticky… 😛 )
The next products are facial cleansers:

When new products come out in the market, I always get curious on what wonders it will bring to my life. 😛
Olay Total Effects 7 in one, has 7 Anti-Aging benefits? I easily got sold! I was hesitant to try this product at first, because they have a cream cleanser that made my face itch. This product is different, because it is gentle, did not make my face feel dry after washing, and It did not break me out. I really don’t have a lot of skin problems, but  I am pretty sure that with prolonged use, it will really give all those benefits. 😉

Nivea Visage Deep Pore Control Cleansing Foam caught my attention because it says it is suited for Combination to Oily Skin. Before, I did not know that there are different skin types! Silly old me! 😀
What I like about this product is that it makes my face squeaky clean, without feeling dry. I also believe it helped control my oiliness and kept it shine-free for few hours. I don’t think there really is a product that “stops” the oil, but only keeps it minimal. I think this product is already discontinued or repackaged (?) , because I can no longer find it anywhere. I only see the Pore Minimizing variant.
So there you go… my first batch of product empties! I am sure I will post more about this topic in the future because I have a lot to use up!
Hope you enjoyed reading!
xoxo,
temp
